【Job Description】

1. Deal with inquires and quotations of customers

2. Deal with and follow up the shipping orders of customers, and contact freight forwarders to finish customs declaration and clearance

3. Deal with the complaints and questions of customers

4. Collect all the orders, and make arrangement and analysis of weekly work reports

5. Finish other work arranged by superiors

【Requirements】

1. Junior college or higher degree，CET-6 or above，proficient in English reading，good writing skills

2. Familiar with various office software, proficient in Excel, accustomed to using Office Outlook

3. Strong sense of responsibility, careful, diligent and dedicated in work, able to prioritize different work, good team player

4. 1+ years' working experience is preferred
